On the 26th of January I woke up at 9AM. I got ready for work, and headed to set. We filmed 3 videos 2 before lunch, 1 after. Then I went back to my room and started pre-production on the set of scripts due for the end of January. Is there anything specific youd like to know? Eve. |

On the 26th of January I woke up at 9AM. I brushed my teeth, showered, and got changed from my night clothes into my work clothes. I left my room and headed to set. We filmed 2 videos; How to Turn on a Television, and How to Turn off a Television. We ordered pizza for lunch and went on to film How to Change a TV Channel on a Television. We packed up our equipment, said our goodbyes for the day, and I headed back to my room. There I began preparing production for How to Change the Batteries in a TV Remote and How to Learn about History. I got changed, brushed my teeth, and retired to bed at 10pm. Is this enough? Eve. |

I brushed my teeth, went to the toilet, took off my night clothes a large T-shirt and panties, showered, and changed into my work clothes; a blue flower-patterned dress and a black leather jacket. I left my room and headed to the studio building. I saw Harley on the way to set, and we had a brief conversation about Star Trek. We filmed 2 videos. The first was How to Turn on a Television, which was a quick process and took approximately an hour. The second was How to Turn off a Television, which took slightly longer due to one of our camera batteries draining more quickly than it shouldve. We swapped it with a charged battery and resumed production. We ordered pizza for lunch from Dominos. We got a mix of popular flavours, and had some leftovers which we left in the kitchenette fridge for people to take home after the day. We then filmed How to Change a TV Channel on a Television, where we experienced issues with sound due to nearby construction. However, this only lasted a relatively brief time, and we were able to resume production and complete the day of shooting. We packed up our equipment, said our goodbyes for the day, and I took one of the pizza boxes back to my room with me. I disrobed, and changed into sweatpants and a grey T-shirt, and began preparing production for How to Change the Batteries in a TV Remote and How to Learn about History. That is to say I began organizing an appropriate shoot day that would work for the crew and hosts, and compiled a list of necessary props/graphics that the videos would require. Sometime during this, I used the shared kitchen facility to heat up the leftover pizza and ate that for dinner. I then resumed work. I brushed my teeth, and retired to bed at 10pm in the same clothes I had changed into earlier. May I ask what you are specifically wanting to know? |

I left my bed and went to the bathroom stalls, where I flossed and brushed my teeth, urinated, and defecated. I took off my night clothes a large white T-shirt and dark blue panties and showered in the womens shared dorm facilities. I dried myself off and changed into my work clothes; a blue flower-patterned dress on top of a black push-up bra, black panties and leggings, with a black leather jacket, and cream coloured flat heels. I returned to my room to place my T-shirt and dark blue panties in my laundry hamper. I quickly tidied my room, grabbed my purse and the changes of clothes Id need for the day, and left. I made sure I had everything, then locked my door. I proceeded down the central corridor and left out the front of the building. I crossed the facility grounds, where I bumped into Harley, an occasional addition to our crew. He was wearing a red T-shirt with a logo that I do not recall, jeans, and white sneakers. He began talking to me about how Captain Jean Luc Picard is better than Captain Kirk, but as I do not know a great deal about Star Trek, it was not a long conversation. I entered the studio building and went up the stairs immediately past the entrance. I first entered the backstage area to confirm that everything needed for the videos was in order before we started shooting. I verified that all costumes, props, and equipment was present for the upcoming shoot by checking it against our costume, prop and equipment lists. The three camera operators, sound recordist, and boom operator arrived on set. We began to set up the cameras, tripods, and sound equipment. Nick arrived twenty minutes late in a stained black T-shirt with holes under the underarms, blue jeans, and brown boots. He began yelling something incoherent about how a bird with bad motives had given him trouble, before flirting towards me. I emphasized the need to get on with the days shoot, and we both got into position for the first video, How to Turn on a Television, in which we demonstrated how to turn on a television. Nick was the main host, and I played the part of someone who didn't know how to turn on a TV. I went to the womens changing room, and I removed my dress and leather jacket, changing them for a maroon button-down shirt and a conservative, close-fitting black skirt. Nick decided he did not want to change his costumes throughout the day, so he waited outside my change room for me in his first set of clothes. We returned to film our second video; How to Turn off a Television, where we demonstrated how to turn off a television. Again, Nick hosted, and I played the part of someone who didn't know how to turn off a TV. This was going as well as it couldve, but our process was interrupted when one of the camera batteries died mid-filming, which lead to a data corruption issue. We changed the battery for a more stable one and reviewed the footage to check if there was a substantial loss of data. We only lost the one take, so we were soon able to resume production. It was now 1pm, so we decided to go to a break before filming out last video for the day. I took everyones requests for their preferred pizza flavours, and then called the nearest Dominos Pizza to request an order. I left to collect the pizzas on foot while the crew remained on set. I do not know what they discussed, as I was not present. After a ten-minute walk, I arrived at the Dominos Pizza, and an employee on duty informed me that the pizzas would be slightly late. I thanked him for letting me know, and waited another ten minutes, before receiving the order. I thanked the staff, paid in cash, and walked back towards the studio for another ten minutes. The crew and I enjoyed a large Pepperoni, a large Hawaiian, and a large Mexicana. We ate all of the Pepperoni pizza and the Hawaiian pizza, but there were three slices left of the Mexicana pizza. When it was clear no one was having them, I placed that pizza box in the fridge, and the other, empty pizza boxes, in the large rubbish collection outside. I returned upstairs and proceeded to the backstage area to retrieve my third change of clothing. While the crew prepared and Nick waited outside the changing room, again refusing to disrobe himself, I removed my red button-down and black skirt, and changed into a red knee-high dress. I initially wore my leather jacket on top of this, which upset Nick, who felt that the audience would take issue with me repeating items of clothing, so I removed it. He then suggested I remove the dress as well, but I countered that this would be unprofessional. This put him in a bad mood for the rest of the day. We then filmed How to Change a TV Channel on a Television, where we demonstrated how you change televison channels when using a television. In this scenario, I played a TV viewer, and Nick played a TV salesman. This was an improvision, per Nick's suggestion. We experienced issues with sound due to nearby construction across the street that made it impossible for us to hear one another. However, this only lasted 15 minutes, and after Nick yelled at the crew for not wanting to resume production during the construction noise, we were able to complete the day of shooting. We packed up our cameras, tripods, sound equipment, props, and costumes, and said our goodbyes for the day. Nick collected the SD cards with the days data on them. I returned to the changing rooms and removed my red dress. I put back on my blue, flower patterned dress and leather jacket, and neatly folded the clothes Id brought in for the day for easy carriage. While I was in the womens changing room, Nick kept banging on the door telling me to hurry up, despite our filming being complete, and the crew having already packed up the equipment. I do not know why he was still there, as everyone had gone back to their rooms but him. Once I returned from the changing room, Nick was disappointed that I did not have a surprise for him and left in a sulk. I then went to the kitchenette and retrieved the leftover Mexicana pizza from the fridge. I left the studio and proceeded across the facility grounds until I reached the dorms. I placed the pizza in the fridge in the shared kitchen area, before returning to my room, unlocking my door, and closing it behind me. I removed my cream coloured flats, blue flower-patterned dress, black push-up bra, and leggings. I put on a loose-fitting grey T-shirt, grey sweatpants, and did not put on a new bra or socks. I sat down at my desk and opened my laptop in order to begin preparing production for How to Change the Batteries in a TV Remote and How to Learn about History. The former is a video instructing one on how to change the batteries in a TV remote, and the latter is a video instructing one on how to learn about history. I began organizing an appropriate shoot day that would work for the crew the same as todays and hosts myself and Nick and compiled a list of necessary props/graphics that the videos would require. These included a TV remote, batteries, a screwdriver, and a book about history. I expected to shoot these both on the 30th of January, but we were only able to film 'How to Change the Batteries in a TV Remote' due to an unexpected schedule clash Nick had not previously explained to me. At 7pm, I briefly stepped away from this work to retrieve my Mexicana pizza leftovers from the shared fridge, and placed it in the shared microwave. I heated it for 2 and a half minutes, and then took the food back to my room, where I ate while continuing to work. By 10pm, I felt I had completed the work to a standard that was appropriate for the day. I brushed my teeth in the shared facilities, before returning to my room, where I retired to bed. I was still wearing the same clothes I had changed into earlier. I was unable to sleep. I left my room at approximately 10:30pm to go to the bathroom stalls, where I urinated and defecated. I returned to my room, and to bed, and would not get to sleep for another two hours at approximately 1AM on the 27th of January. |
